Coronavirus Process Update for Grocery Shopping
The Virus Epidemic hit our grocery store on Thursday March 12th when customers began hoarding vast amounts of food in a panic.
On Monday March 23rd we began our Porch Pick-Up Service to encourage customers to not come into the store, and we were happy to shop for you. In the next 11 weeks, up to June 7th) we did 1,629 personal shops for customers. It worked! We did not have any cases in South Bruce and the virus was not spread in our communities.
We will always continue to do porch pick ups for customers not comfortable coming into the store, or if it is more convenient for you and your busy life.
We are happy to shop for you. E-mail your order to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 519-367-3030. Our goal is to shop your order the same day we receive it, and, to serve our community the best we can.
Thank you for choosing to shop local, washing your hands when entering the store, wear a mask, and maintain social distance in the store. We missed seeing all our customers.
The one and only full service grocery store in South Bruce proudly serving Mildmay, Teeswater and surrounding rural communities. Proudly independent!
